Barry McDonagh’s Panic Away

Who has suffered from panic attacks or anxieties? Raise your hands. Thousands of people all over the world, people from different countries, cultures, profession and background will raise their hands. Man and woman, old or young, in different shapes and sizes have suffered these scary experiences. Many have been scared that they would die or they’re going crazy. Many have frozen, sweat, trembled, shook and felt various other uncomfortable and frightening symptoms.

Barry McDonagh also had panic attacks many years ago. But not anymore. When he had panic attacks, like many people, he searched for more information about what he was feeling. He was a college student then in the University College Dublin in Ireland where he was from when he had panic attacks. He read books, lots of them. He discovered researches of various psychologists. In his study he re-evaluated the treatment done on people’s anxieties. One solutions offered to panic attacks was to calm the person to overcome that anxiety. But that’s now what McDonagh discovered. He said that the person should be excited first so that his nervous system will have time to adjust and then later on be able to relax and actually calm down. He did some exercises geared towards moving the nervous system to this state. This gave back the body confidence of the person and eventually fully freed the person from anxieties.

Mr. McDonagh became free from panic attacks. He then helped a small group to recover also and was successful in replicating the positive results that happened to him. In 2001, after he graduated from UCD, he published his Panic Away Review Program. From that time he has helped 60,000 people from more than 32 different countries overcome panic attacks and anxieties. He has also appeared on TV and talk shows in the United States. He has also been interviewed in radio stations such as WDUN, WFTL, WLW, WTSN, KCTE and WGAU.

His program has been around for about nine years and is still having a great impact on people’s lives. The program has been updated to add new findings in psychology. People have loved the clear and simple message that the program sends to people who suffer from panic attacks and anxieties. In one of his videos he talked about three points of having panic attacks. He disregarded the myths that having panic attacks means the person is going insane, the person is not brave and the person is in danger. Through his 21-7 technique he has helped many people.

You or your loved one who has suffered from panic attacks or anxieties can be free from having frightening experiences again. Be like Barry McDonagh and follow what he did through his program. If it worked for him, it can also work for you.
